The company organises a single, prestigious event each summer that fosters relationships between employees and clients. To maintain a fresh theme each year, I'm responsible for developing creative concepts and crafting event branding that aligns with the chosen theme. Recognising the recurring nature of this event, I proposed establishing a dedicated logo for the project. This core logo would then be complemented by adaptable graphics that reflect the annual theme. This approach has proven successful for the past two years, with illustrations forming the basis of the event graphics.
In 2018, to coincide with the Paris Music Festival held that same week, we opted for a music festival theme for our annual employee-client event, aiming to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for our guests. I was responsible for developing a range of branded materials to enhance the experience, including invitations, wristbands for entry, photo frames for capturing memories, a looped screen animation, and even custom event phone wallpapers for employees who wanted to embrace the festival spirit.
The 2018 event was a resounding success, with both team members and clients providing positive feedback about the overall quality of the experience. This positive response translated into a significant increase in attendance for the following year's event in 2019.
Due to budgetary constraints in 2019, the event format remained largely unchanged from the previous year. However, we embraced a vibrant summer flower theme to maintain a fresh and engaging atmosphere. I once again provided a similar range of branded materials to ensure a cohesive experience for attendees.
Once again, the 2019 event gained a lot of positive feedback, making the summer party event a key element of our brand communication strategy. The event creates a positive impression on our clients, fostering positive word-of-mouth recommendations within the networks.
