This is a brochure presenting the services offered for the building Grand Central. It contains a significant amount of technical language and detailed text content. I proposed the concept of designing the documents around the building's name, using trains as a thematic element. The most challenging aspect was communicating and managing the project with our printer due to the intricate techniques required for the final product.
Inside the box, you'll find the books, along with additional documents including a contact card designed to resemble a train ticket and a document summary designed to look like a train line map housed within a paper "wallet".
The book itself utilises lay-flat printing technique to ensure the pages are well-presented and easier to turn and read. This, combined with the hard cover, creates a high-end, premium feel, which aligns perfectly with the team's desire to communicate the same sense of quality about their service offerings.
